Summary: There was a highschool football event at the hotel and my room was on the same floor as the highschoolers. They were loud the entire time I was there. Next time I will confirm my room through the hotel instead of a third party service.

Summary: The facility is in the process of being upgraded so the room we stayed in was already redone and very comfortable for a family of 4. However the bathroom tub was ok as it had paint marks and was a bit clogged. The staff came immediately to handle the bathroom.

Summary: Would have been nice to know they were doing renovations. We were on the 3rd floor and the rooms below us were being renovated (along with the rest of the property). Had to endure banging so loud that it sounded like they were in our rooms! Pool bar was closed, it too was under construction and had to walk around the mess just to get to the pool. Staff was super nice and you could tell they were frustrated as well.

Summary: Excellent staff, and convenient ground transportation to Old Town Key West (straight to the Marina area at the north end of Duval). Hotel is undergoing room renovations and patio construction (lots of contractors, noise, and poolside construction). The outdoor patio and poolside bar were not even open during our entire stay.

Summary: The property was under construction and I was unaware. I booked this trip as a quiet get away for my boyfriend and I and we were very upset at the noise and mess around the property. The bathroom and mirrors were a little dirty and our balcony overlooked a construction site. Constant noise inside and out. Plus, our tv didn’t work. We were very excited for our trip so I was upset that this was his surprise. The hotel staff were kind and checking in was easy. I understand that there was construction going on. It would’ve been nice to know before arriving.
